These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aliafacialcare.com and the services provided by Alia Facial Care ("we", "us") in Davis, California. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests only and are not confirmed until we contact you. Every first visit includes a complimentary skin consultation, during which we assess whether a treatment is suitable for you.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the time can be offered to another client. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a booking deposit for future visits. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to respect the next client's appointment.
Skin treatments may not be suitable for every skin condition, medication, or stage of pregnancy. You agree to disclose relevant health information — including allergies, sensitivities, current skincare prescriptions (such as retinoids), and medical conditions — before your treatment. We may decline or adapt a treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.
Skincare results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, condition, home care, and treatment frequency. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our services are not a substitute for consultation with a dermatologist or physician.
Prices for treatments are communicated before your appointment and may change over time. Payment is due at the time of service.
Gift cards are available in any denomination and do not expire. Gift cards are redeemable for services only and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
All content on this website — text, images, and branding — belongs to Alia Facial Care or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names and images of third-party skincare lines shown on this site belong to their respective owners.
