Treatments range from 30 minutes (LED Therapy add-on) to 90 minutes (The Alia Ritual). Most signature treatments run 45–60 minutes. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and complete your intake form.
Most of our treatments have zero downtime — you can return to your day looking refreshed. We'll advise you on exactly what to expect before your treatment begins.
For maintenance and a consistent glow, we recommend a treatment every 4–6 weeks — aligned with your skin's natural renewal cycle. For targeted concerns like hyperpigmentation or acne, a series of 4–6 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart delivers the best results.
